The SAii Lagoon Maldives resort hotel, a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton (one of Hilton's 14 leading brands) open in early 2019, with 198 rooms and is located in Emboodhoo Lagoon, surrounded by white sand and blue water. Hilton hotels & resorts inc. has granted Singha properties a franchise, managed by S Hotels & Resorts. Inspired by tropical elements and designed by world-renowned architect Bill Bensley, the hotel features spacious and bright luxury guest rooms, beach villas and water villas. The developer is DREAM ISLANDS DEVELOPMENT 2 PVT LTD, and the contractor is AIMA.
